02 — The Studio
Design Centric Studio is a Mumbai-based architectural practice founded on the conviction that space is fundamentally for people — read differently, interpreted differently, and used differently by everyone.
We believe design is a balance of Logic and Style: the objective logic of site, structure, environment and programme, and the subjective style that reflects each client's unique vision and taste. Both are essential. Neither is optional.
The studio brings together over five decades of combined experience across residential high-rise, commercial, hospitality, and private residential work — with a track record spanning Mumbai, Goa, Delhi, and international commissions.
